Humans have an innate desire to connect with others in a meaningful way. We seek out relationships with others to fulfill our needs of love and belonging. We look to our significant other as our partner in all things and believe that we can operate as one and conquer the world. Then, real-life challenges hit – family members fall ill, finances get tight, we realize we have different parenting styles, our partner is less than thrilled about extended family members and the list goes on and on until we’re left feeling less than fulfilled in our relationship. If this sounds familiar, fear not – there is hope. There are no magic wands that can fix problems overnight, but with work and a willingness to be vulnerable, change is possible. If you’d like to work on getting your relationship back on track, I invite you to take the next step and reach out so we can work together on creating meaningful changes that you may have been contemplating. I have experience working with couples, families, and children ages 3 and older. I am passionate about helping people and would be honored to come alongside you on your journey to health and happiness.
