For many men, therapy isn’t something that feels natural at first.
You may be used to handling things on your own, pushing through, or keeping what you’re dealing with to yourself. At the same time, something may feel off-stress building, relationships feeling strained, or a sense that you’re not fully where you want to be.
Therapy offers a space to step out of that pattern and actually work through what’s underneath without judgment, pressure, or the need to have it all figured out.
What Men Come In For
Men I work with are often navigating:
- Relationship challenges or communication struggles
- Stress, pressure, or burnout
- Difficulty expressing or understanding emotions
- Anxiety, irritability, or feeling on edge
- Trauma or unresolved past experiences
- Feeling disconnected-from themselves, their partner, or their life
Sometimes it’s not one specific issue-just a sense that something isn’t working.
A Different Approach to Therapy
This isn’t just about talking.
We work in a way that helps you:

- Build emotional awareness without it feeling forced or overwhelming
- Develop practical tools you can use in real life
My approach integrates:
- EMDR
- Somatic (body-based) work
- Nervous system regulation
- Direct, practical strategies
We focus on both insight and real change.

Getting Started
If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome to reach out with questions or to schedule an initial session.
You don’t have to keep doing things the same way if it’s not working.
“Many of the men I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel stuck, disconnected, or carrying more than they talk about.”
“Many clients choose intensives after feeling limited by traditional weekly therapy or wanting a more efficient path to meaningful change.”
