Therapy for Men

For many men, therapy isn’t something that feels natural at first.

You may be used to handling things on your own, pushing through, or keeping what you’re dealing with to yourself. At the same time, something may feel off-stress building, relationships feeling strained, or a sense that you’re not fully where you want to be.

Therapy offers a space to step out of that pattern and actually work through what’s underneath without judgment, pressure, or the need to have it all figured out.

Men I work with are often navigating:

  • Difficulty expressing or understanding emotions

60-Minute Individual Session

$150 (private pay)

We do not currently accept insurance but will be happy to provide a superbill to submit for possible OON reimburesemnt


Additional Options

For those wanting deeper or more focused work:

Intensive Sessions (2-6 hours)

$300-$900

Sound Healing / Energy Work Add-On (20-30 minutes)

$40-$60

These options can accelerate progress and support deeper nervous system regulation.
